  colleagues\, ALMA is expanding its offer: with Intervision Mediation\, a 
 new practice‑oriented exchange format is being launched for mediators 
 — open to beginners\, practitioners\, experienced colleagues\, and stude
 nts interested in mediation. Intervision provides peer consultation on an 
 equal footing: in a confidential setting\, cases from your own practice ca
 n be reflected upon\, experiences shared\, and new perspectives developed 
 together — without an external supervisor. This offer explicitly also ad
 dresses mediators in training and students. The focus is on mutual learnin
 g\, inspiration\, strengthening professional posture\, continuous developm
 ent of mediation practice\, and networking within the mediation community.
  Participation is free for ALMA members and also open to interested partic
 ipants (15\,-€). Do you have preferences regarding dates\, times\, or th
 e format of the intervision sessions? Two formats are planned: in-person o
 r online. Scheduling will follow your feedback and preferences. Two‑hour
