 h Intervision Mediation\, a new practice‑oriented exchange format is bei
 ng launched for mediators — open to beginners\, practitioners\, experien
 ced colleagues\, and students interested in mediation. Intervision provide
 s peer consultation on an equal footing: in a confidential setting\, cases
  from your own practice can be reflected upon\, experiences shared\, and n
 ew perspectives developed together — without an external supervisor. Thi
 s offer explicitly also addresses mediators in training and students. The 
 focus is on mutual learning\, inspiration\, strengthening professional pos
 ture\, continuous development of mediation practice\, and networking withi
 n the mediation community. Participation is free for ALMA members and also
  open to interested participants (15\,-€). Do you have preferences regar
 ding dates\, times\, or the format of the intervision sessions? Two format
 s are planned: in-person or online. Scheduling will follow your feedback a
